This form is for uploading your assessing data to MapsOnline. You must have a recent "" file ready for upload.

To upload your file, browse to the assessing file location below and then click the Upload File button. The upload/update process should take approximately 1 minute, after which you will see a status page reporting progress through the remainder of the process. You will receive a message once the upload is completed successfully.
